Edinburgh Blues Club’s Booking Manager, Paul Eunson, attended The Finnish Blues Awards in Helsinki on 14th January as a special guest of the event and was treated to a night of music, entertainment and exhibition at the annual occasion. Paul said, ‘It was so interesting, the people were really friendly, welcoming and gracious and the music was fantastic. The star of the event was a band called ‘Lena and the Slide Brothers’ but there were also some newcomers who were very promising such as Emilia Sisco, she’s definitely one to watch’.
