"_Really loving that vocal_" Craig Charles, BBC Radio 2

Alice Armstrong is a multi UK Blues Awards nominated singer-songwriter
from the UK, known for her wide vocal range, unconventional lyrics,
enigmatic stage presence and powerful performances peppered with her
trademark sense of humour.

After gaining a following fronting and writing for the Crossfire Blues
Band with celebrated young guitarist, Marcus Praestgaard-Stevens, Alice
spent the last few years on the stage of many of the UK's biggest rhythm
and blues festivals, completed a European tour and was a finalist in the
2020, 2021 and 2022 UK Blues Awards.  She regularly guests with the
Stevie Watts Organ Trio, contributing and performing on their latest
album "Mission to the Moon".  She provided backing vocals on the Catfish
album "Burning Bridges" and has also collaborated with The Cinelli
Brothers on their new album.

Alice is now on her own musical path with her amazingly talented 5-piece
band featuring Stevie Watts (keys), Matt Long (guitar), Kev Hickmann
(drums), Josh Rigal (bass) and Gemma Dorsett (bvs).  Alice is also
working on a brand new album of original material and this is scheduled
for release in the spring of 2023, following a run of single track
releases towards the end of this year.

Alice credits Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Donnie
Hathaway, Amy Winehouse, Peggy Lee and Dinah Washington to be her main
musical influences.
